I keep seeing teams buy more “engines” first. Then wonder why nothing ships.

So this is what I do.

Fix the track before you add another engine. Clean data is the rail—if the records don't agree, horsepower has nowhere to go.

Make the path clear enough that a miss is cheap to spot. A process you can see is the only one a tool can follow.

Put a named person on the hard call—money, people, legal, brand. When nobody owns the decision, the engine idles.

Foundations beat another bolt-on tool. The model is the boiler. The track is what moves the freight.
